9 Days 8 Nights Samburu, Aberdares, Masai Mara, Nakuru

In the morning, you will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or airport and driven to Samburu Game Reserve via Isiolo, stopping briefly at Kibirigwi. Enjoy some game on the way to the lodge for lunch and check-in. After lunch, unwind until 1500 hours, when the game drive in the evening is scheduled. See the rare Somali Ostrich, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, and gravy zebra. Several bird species can be found in Samburu.

After breakfast and an early morning wildlife drive, take a leisurely drive to the verdant central highlands close to Mount Kenya. After lunch at Aberdare Country Club, a base lodge from the colonial era, you will be taken to The Ark, a historic lodge situated in the park. Enjoy an afternoon observing the forest creatures from the lodge's balcony or viewing deck. (Optional activities at Rhino Sanctuary and Aberdares Solio Ranch)

After an early breakfast, travel via Nyahururu to Lake Naivasha, stopping briefly at Thomson's Waterfall en route to the lake at approximately 14.00 hours. game drive to Crescent Island in the afternoon. You will return to the resort by car later in the evening for the following optional activities: a nature walk, a boat ride, and a visit to a flower farm.

You will travel through the well-known Masai settlement of Narok. You'll get there before lunch. Arrive at your camp and check in. Relax until 1530 Hours’ time for evening game drive with a chance to see the Big Five; Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and the Leopard; Spot herds of Wildebeests, Zebras, Gazelles, Impalas and Masai Giraffes and other kinds of African wildlife in this fascinating wildlife paradise.

There will be morning and afternoon game drives in addition to a full day of animal viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Get a chance to see the "BIG FIVE": the buffalo, leopard, lion, elephant, and rhino. Other African species, such as gazelles, zebras, cheetahs, and wildebeests, are also clearly visible. Witness the world-famous zebra and wildebeest (Gnu) migration from Tanzania's Serengeti to Kenya's Maasai Mara, which takes place between July and September.

After an early morning meal at your tent, depart and travel to Kericho, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you'll explore. The warm, temperate environment of Kericho, which is situated in the highlands west of the Kenyan Rift Valley, makes it a perfect place for agriculture, especially the large-scale production of tea. You will have the opportunity to tour a few farms and gain knowledge about tea farming techniques. You will be taken to the lodge for dinner and overnight later in the evening.

After an early breakfast, you will travel through stunning rolling hills covered in tidy, bright green tea bushes that stretch for miles before you reach Lake Nakuru for lunch. Check into your lodging. Following lunch, you will unwind in your accommodations before heading to the park for an afternoon game drive. Following a leisurely breakfast at the lodge in the morning, you will travel the Naivasha Nakuru Highway to Ngong, making a quick stop at The Great Rift Valley for a picturesque view of the Escapement. Following the stopover, you will continue your safari to Ngong.  You will be dropped off at the airport for your subsequent flight after driving to The Carnivore for dinner.
