Overview
Tsavo West
- Walking safaris during which you can explore the Chaimu volcanic crater

Tsavo East
- Huge herds of Elephants covered in red dust from wallowing and dust bathing
- Mudanda Rock – this rock towers above a natural dam which draws many Elephants to slake their thirst every day.
- Lugards Falls – these falls occur on the Galana River, passing over some interestingly shaped rocks.
Salt Lick Safari Lodge
- Located in the heart of the private Taita Hills Sanctuary, bordering Tsavo West National Park
- Unique concept rooms elevated on stilts, each overlooking a waterhole and linked by suspended walkways.
- At night, the waterholes are floodlit ensuring that you enjoy an uninterrupted view of the numerous animals arriving to quench their thirst.
Amboseli
- Large Elephant herds

- Swamp below observation hill which hosts many elephant, buffaloes, hippos and a variety of water fowls like pelican, Egyptian goose.

Itinerary
Depart from your Mombasa hotel breakfast and drive along the Mombasa – Nairobi road to Tsavo East National Park. Enter Tsavo East through Bachuma gate and with a safari game drive to Voi Safari Lodge for lunch and a short rest. Afternoon safari game drive in Tsavo East. Dinner and overnight in Voi Safari Lodge.
Breakfast, short safari game drive then exit Tsavo East, drive along the Mombasa – Nairobi road to Amboseli National Park. Enter Amboseli through Iremito gate and drive to Ol Tukai safari Lodge for lunch with game viewing en-route. Optional visit to a Masai village with Afternoon safari game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Safari Lodge or similar.
Breakfast and thereafter game drive en-route. With clear weather, the morning is always good to view Mount Kilimanjaro and Amboseli wildlife. Thereafter join the convoy to Tsavo west national Park making a stop at the Shetani Lava. Check-in at the Chyulu gate and later proceed to Ngulia Safari Lodge for Lunch. Afternoon safari game drive and a visit to the Rhino sanctuary before returning to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast and thereafter proceed on a game drive with a visit to Mzima springs where you can view fish, crocodiles, hippos and other aquatic animals from an underground observation tank. Thereafter drive along the Mombasa – Nairobi road to Sarova Taita Hills lodge in Taita Hills Saltlick Game Sanctuary for check–in and lunch.
Afternoon game drive en-route to Sarova Saltlick Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Early morning game drive returning to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, continue with another game drive en-route to Voi Wildlife Lodge for lunch. After lunch drive back to Mombasa arriving at your beach hotel in the evening.
